About CrazyTower Casino

Who We Are

We operate under Tower Gaming N.V., holding a Curaçao 365/JAZ license that allows us to offer our services responsibly to players across Canada and New Zealand. Our Crazy Tower brand was created to serve these markets with localized currencies, region-specific payment methods, and promotions tailored to what our players actually want. In Canada, we support CAD transactions, while our New Zealand community enjoys NZD-based banking and bonuses structured around their preferences.

Although we're a relatively young brand, our CrazyTower team has worked hard to assemble a game catalog and feature set that rivals platforms that have been around for years. We didn't want to launch with a limited offering — we wanted to come out strong, and we believe our numbers speak for themselves.

Our Game Selection

At Vegas... well, at Crazy Tower, we don't believe in half-measures when it comes to our gaming library. Our Canadian players have access to over 8,183 slots and 10,080 total games, while our New Zealand community enjoys an even broader catalog of 11,689 slots and 14,854 games overall. Our CrazyTower jackpot section alone features hundreds of progressive titles — 308 for Canada and 401 for New Zealand — giving our players plenty of chances to chase those life-changing wins.

Here at CrazyTower, we organize our casino lobby into intuitive categories so you can find exactly what you're looking for:

• Top, New, and Popular releases
• Provider of the Week and Streamers' Choice picks
• Megaways and Bonus Buy titles
• Exclusive games you won't find everywhere else
• Jackpots, Instant Games, and Table Games

Our live casino section is where Crazy Tower really shines. We offer a Top Live Casino lineup alongside our Gold Saloon tables, extensive roulette and blackjack rooms, international tables, game shows, baccarat, dice games, and poker. For our Canadian players, that means 68 top live casino titles, 131 roulette variants, 134 blackjack tables, and 15 game shows. Our New Zealand audience enjoys an even richer selection with 132 top live games, 179 roulette rooms, 338 blackjack tables, and 48 game shows to choose from.

Beyond the casino floor, our CrazyTower sportsbook covers ten major categories including football, tennis, ice hockey, basketball, baseball, horse racing, and American football, with both pre-match and live betting options available around the clock.

Our Welcome Package

When you join us at CrazyTower, we want your first experience to be memorable. That's why we've built a CrazyTower bonus package worth up to 500% across your first four deposits, totaling up to $21,300 plus 400 free spins and a bonus pick at our Fortune Wheel. Here's how our welcome offer breaks down:

We ask for a minimum deposit of 30 CAD (or your currency equivalent) to qualify for each stage of this package, and wagering is set at 35x the deposit plus bonus amount, completed within 10 days of activation. Our CrazyTower Casino terms also set a maximum bet of 150 CAD while a bonus is active, and we kindly note that deposits made via Neteller or Skrill don't qualify for this particular offer.

Our team at Crazy Tower doesn't stop at the welcome bonus, either. We regularly roll out reload bonuses, cashback offers, and crypto-specific promotions so there's always something fresh to claim. From our Weekend Reload Bonus to our Daily Cashback and Live Cashback programs, we try to keep every type of player engaged.

Our VIP Elite Society

Loyalty matters to us, which is why we created the VIP Elite Society — our tiered rewards program built around five statuses: Beginner, Amateur, Professional, World Class, and Legend. As our players climb through these levels, we unlock more benefits:

• Beginner and Amateur: on-site promotions plus 24/7 live chat access
• Professional: personalized offers, higher withdrawal limits, and cashback
• World Class and Legend: everything above, plus a dedicated personal VIP manager

Alongside our VIP program, we also run Challenges, Collections, Tournaments, and our Wheel of Fortune feature, giving our community more ways to earn rewards beyond standard gameplay. Our coin Shop lets you exchange earned coins for rewards worth up to $1,500, and our Collections feature rewards players who complete full card sets with prizes up to $7,500.

Our Banking Options

We understand that smooth banking is just as important as a great game library, so we at CrazyTower have partnered with a wide range of payment providers. Our Canadian players can use Interac, bank transfers, Skrill, MiFinity, and a long list of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and USDT across multiple networks. Our New Zealand players have access to card payments, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, and similar crypto options.

Minimum deposits start as low as $15 for our Canadian market and $20 for New Zealand players using MiFinity. Withdrawal limits are tied to VIP status, with our Beginner tier starting at 750 CAD per day in Canada, scaling up to 2,300 CAD daily for our Legend members. We process withdrawal requests within three business days after account verification, and we're transparent that bank transfers may add a few extra days depending on your bank.

Our Commitment to Support

We know that questions come up, which is why our CrazyTower support team is available 24/7 via live chat, along with email support at [email protected]. We currently support English-language assistance across all our localizations, ensuring our players in Canada, New Zealand, and beyond can get help whenever they need it.

• Live Chat: Available 24/7

• Response times: Fast and player-focused
